About Us

Deckerville Estates is a manufactured home community located in charming downtown Deckerville.  We are located approximately seven miles due west of Lake Huron and 12 miles northeast of Sandusky, the county seat of Sanilac County.  Deckerville Estates is well located in downtown Deckerville with several business establishments within walking distance.  The local grocery store is immediately across the street from the community.  Deckerville Estates is located in the Deckerville School District.  Further, we are conveniently located less than one mile from the Deckerville Community Hospital which includes among many other services, a walk-in health clinic.  

Deckerville Estates changed ownership in August 2014.  Since August 2014, homes have been brought into the community for every site.  Occupancy has tripled since August 2014 and new residents are moving into newly completed homes as quickly as we can renovate them.  High quality materials are used in the home renovation process, including very attractive laminate wood flooring, luxury vinyl floating tile, updated steel exterior doors with storm/screen doors, attractive vinyl siding, vinyl shutters, energy efficient vinyl windows and R-7 insulated simulated stone skirting.  Further, all of our homes have high-tech keyless entry deadbolts and entry knobs at both front and back doors.  Residents never have to worry about losing their keys or locking themselves out of the house.  New residents choose a four digit code which we program to each door lock and that code is used to unlock and lock the home.
